Company Law Fresh Start Scheme 2020 – Applicability

MCA took an initiative to allow corporate to make a ‘Fresh Start’. A circular issued by MCA on 30.03.2020 for the benefit of all Companies. This Scheme starts from 01st April, 2020 to 30th September. Before this scheme company has to pay an additional fees in delay of the  filing the form mention below with registrar After this scheme company has to pay only normal fees of the form without the additional fees

Scheme shall apply on following compliance which remains to file
